On-Line Applications by the Algorithms Project

The Algorithms Project invites you to have a look on our on-line applications:

• Encyclopedia of Combinatorial Structures (ECS) is an on-line encyclopedia with an emphasis on sequences that arise in the context of decomposable combinatorial structures, with the possibility to search by the first terms in the sequence, keyword, generating function, or closed form.
• Encyclopedia of Special Functions (ESF) is an on-line encyclopedia with defining equations, series and asymptotic expansions, recurrences for the coefficients, plots, and so on.
• Dynamic Dictionary of Mathematical Functions (DDMF), is an on-going reimplementation of ESF with added interactivity. It currently contains fewer functions, but more results on present functions.
• QuickScore is an on-line application for statistics and genomics, to assess the statistical significance of a motif, and compute the Z-score of a given motif, using dedicated and optimized algorithms.
